Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Dr.Foodie delivers homestyle tiffin meals (Monday–Saturday) within our serviceable area in Hosur. Sunday and one-off orders may be available as special options. Menus are planned by our kitchen and may vary daily.

Orders placed before the daily cut-off are delivered the same day within your selected time window (typically 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM). Delivery is available within approximately 10 km of our kitchen. Accurate address and location details are your responsibility — incorrect details may delay or prevent delivery.

• Subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly) are prepaid.
• You may pause deliveries within plan limits (e.g. up to 3 days/month for Monthly, 1 day/week for Weekly).
• You may cancel anytime from the app. Unused days are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except as required by law.

Prices are shown in the app and may change with notice. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By paying, you authorise the charge for your selected plan or order. Applicable taxes, if any, are included or shown at checkout.

Meals are freshly prepared in an FSSAI-registered kitchen without preservatives. Please consume within 2 hours of delivery. If you have allergies or specific dietary needs, contact us before ordering — we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including placing fraudulent orders, abusing the pause/cancel policy, harassing delivery partners or staff, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Wallet credits and refunds, where applicable, are issued at our discretion in line with our policies and applicable law. Undelivered orders due to our fault are credited to your wallet.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr.Foodie shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse. You may delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting support.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Tamil Nadu.
